Our Trusty Vessel: The InnSaei
The name of our ship, the InnSaei, comes from an ancient tongue of the sea-dogs of the north. It means "The Sea Within"—that feelin' in a sailor's gut, the call of the deep, the intuition that guides us through fog and storm. It's the ocean in our very souls that calls us to adventure!
She's a Catalina 30, a fine vessel measuring 30 feet from stem to stern with a wide 10.5-foot beam. She carries two mighty sails to catch the wind: a jib at the front and a grand main sheet. Below decks, she's got a head with a sink and toilet, and a galley fit for a king with a large icebox, a cooker, and two small sinks for swabbing.

The Captain's Log: Our Grand Adventure
Day the First: The Gathering (Wed, Aug 20)
The first crew makes land, secures transport, and sets course for Port of Poulsbo. We'll find our vessel at Slip 53C. That night, we'll find some grub and grog in the village, then sleep upon the gentle rockin' of the sea.
Day the Second: Hoist the Colors! (Thurs, Aug 21)
We sail to Bainbridge to pick up the rest of the crew in the mornin'. We'll celebrate with a hearty brunch, then it's back to the ship! We'll provision and set sail for the open Salish Sea. We raise the sails and chase the wind!
Day the Third: Island Conquest (Fri, Aug 22)
Our destination is the wild blue yonder! We'll aim for the legendary Blake Island, a pirate's paradise. If the winds be fickle, our backup anchorages be the secluded Blakely Harbor or the calm waters of Port Madison. We drop anchor and spend the night under the stars.
Day the Fourth: Return to Civilization (Sat, Aug 23)
A final morning sail brings us back to our home port in Poulsbo. We'll make the ship right, then journey back to Bainbridge and across the sea to Seattle. We'll make port at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Seattle Downtown, Pioneer Square, our luxurious land-based quarters. Two rooms await our weary crew.
Day the Fifth: The Parting of Ways (Sun, Aug 24)
We'll feast on a fine breakfast (included, but other treasures may tempt us). Then, 'tis back on the Iron Leviathan to the sky-docks. The crew disbands, full of tales and memories, until our next grand adventure!
